Star Wars: Republic Commando (Xbox) ... Commando is a first person shooter which allows you to control yourself and 3 other elite clone troopers whom accompany you on the various missions you undertake. The game setting is a much more brutal and down right dirtier image than has been previously portrait in other Star Wars games mainly due to the fact that you are not for once playing a Jedi, but instead being able to get your hands dirty as a lowly Clone trooper all be an elite version of one. Halo 2 (Xbox) ... going against the grain here, but I was honestly dissapointed with Halo 2, having pre-ordered the game and been teased by all the trailers, it really wasn t as free flowing as the original Halo. Halo had set such a benchmark for others to meet, the second in the series had such high expectations, though didn t even meet the standard of the first. It felt Halo 2 was a quick release due to the time taken to produce Halo 3. There were internet rumours of this, though never confirmed. Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (Xbox) ... a game ... endless (well almost) fun. The basic premise of the game is good - you play the character of Tommy who is trying to establish a presence in Vice City among the many gangs - and the missions are fun and varied. Fun Stuff: What makes this game fun is the many, many extra missions. You can be a taxi driver to get more cash, a fireman, paramedic, pizza boy and more. There are many other things to do, stunt bikes and race tracks. Of course being a GTA game there is mindless violence which is also fun - but in this game you can even earn cash by holding up stores.
