I stayed at Nomad Industry this August and it seemed to be a clean and inviting hostel. I was happy with my King deluxe with en suite. I However got such BAD BED BUG BITES that by the money I have spent in going to the Dr.s and getting Cream and Tablets, I should have just spent the the extra few bucks and gone to a hotel instead!

This hostel located nearby the Victoria Market and a short walk from the CBD - central area of Melbourne, is busy and lively with a reasonably priced bar and a range of rooms to suit all travellers' wallets. Nomads is a big name in the backpacking world with a chain of hostels covering Australia, New Zealand and Fiji; Melbourne's Nomads this is also known as the Industry, denoting its previous name. We stayed at Nomads in November when the Melbourne Cup was on, it was extremely busy and it was difficult to extend our short stay.
