The manager was so rude, you pay for shared room of 4 people and there are at least 10 people in a tiny room....DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD NEVER NEVER RECOMEND THESE PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Meals were included, but they gave you only boiled rice or boiled pasta, with fucking disgusting beans. If you could choose another place, DO IT ! ! !

I've stayed in the hostel in Belsize Park by London Hostel Association. I only stayed there because it was a nice neighbourhood and it's cheap. There are many problems with that hostel. 1) Communication - most of the staff doesn't speak well enough english in my opinion to answer my questions. 2) Politeness - on top of not speaking clear English, most of them were RUDE and doesn't seem to care about anything. 3) Food - as usual is not great, but they did make the afford to improve it. 4) I've lost my key while staying there, and everytime I went to ask about getting a replacement they just kept saying they have no idea and it's very inconvinent for me since I have to wait until outside the door until someone enters the building, which made me looked like a homeless person. So here's a brief summary on my stay there. I'm sure many people who agree with me
